By only listening, how effectively would the customer be introduced to what the company offers? How well does the on-hold production give you an idea of what the company stands for? How well does the on-hold production support what you understand or assume the company actually delivers? When you think about “Best Branding”, how well does the copy, the vocal performance, the music and if applicable the sound effects support that idea?
