Rich spent nearly 17 years in telecom as a telephone system vendor, mostly associated with Nortel and its distributors. Acquired On Hold Marketing from Lloyd Shockley in 2005. Prior to all of this, I spent 7 years traveling the United States playing in rock/Top 40 bands as a vocalist, trombone player, arranger, and keyboard player. Still play in a local group in Richmond called KOS Band, which has been in place since 1975.
