Howdy, my name is Cristina Stacy, and I joined On Hold Marketing Works 9 years ago. It was a significant shift from my previous roles at SGS, a global inspection and testing corporation with over 80,000 employees. After holding various positions in sales, marketing, and finally management, the birth of my son left me seeking a more meaningful and personal professional life. I joined forces with my father, Jack Younger, a longtime EMA (OHMA) member, and I’ve never looked back! At On Hold Marketing Works, we specialize in call tree audio branding services and cloud phone system sales across the nation. My favorite aspect of the job is the creative process – brainstorming new ideas, innovating, and driving business growth.

The partnership with my father, who I also consider my best friend, has been both a personal and professional blessing. Together, we've not only sustained but grown a family legacy, a testament to our successful collaboration.

Since becoming an EMA member in 2015, I’ve found a rewarding community that I’m proud to be a part of. EMA is not just about networking. It is a place where we can truly come together with a common goal of growing our businesses, building lasting connections and increasing our levels of success – not as competitors – but as friends.

If elected to the EMA board, I aim to bring this same creativity, enthusiasm, and fresh perspective. I believe in the power of collaborative thinking and am excited about the opportunity to contribute to EMA's continued success. Thank you for considering me.
